❗️Iran reportedly suspending talks with US over Israeli attacks on Lebanon
Iran's negotiating team is halting all indirect talks and message exchanges with the United States through mediators according to sources speaking with Tasnim News Agency.
This diplomatic freeze is a direct protest against ongoing Israeli attacks on Lebanon, which Tehran asserts have systematically violated a ceasefire framework that explicitly included Lebanese security as a prerequisite.
Iranian officials and negotiators have emphasized that communications will remain entirely suspended until Israel immediately halts its military operations in both Gaza and Lebanon. Furthermore, they are demanding a complete Israeli withdrawal from occupied territories in Lebanon, stating that no further discussions will take place until the conditions of Iran and the broader resistance front are fully met.
In tandem with the diplomatic halt, the report highlights a coordinated determination by Iran's armed forces and the Axis of Resistance to escalate militarily. According to Tasnim, Iran and its regional allies are planning to enforce a complete blockade of the strategic Strait of Hormuz and activate alternative operational fronts, including the Bab al-Mandab Strait, specifically to penalize Israel and its international backers.
