Public Sources Only

Sources are public Telegram channels collected through the Telegram API. Private channels, credential sharing, and dark-web crawling are outside this feed.

Selection And Labels

Sources are selected for monitoring value across conflict, cyber, markets, leaks, alternative media, civil liberties, health, and accountability topics. Each source carries role, credibility, bias, risk, provenance, and topic labels.

Promotion Standard

New Telegram handles should not be promoted into the active registry until the handle resolves publicly and bounded ingestion evidence exists. If credentials are unavailable, the source remains deferred rather than fabricated.
