Attribution First

Telegram News publishes source-attributed public Telegram material. A page preserves who posted it, when it appeared, the original Telegram URL, and the labels assigned to that source.

Claims Are Not Confirmation

Posts are treated as leads or source claims unless later corroborated by primary records, official statements, or independent verification. Risk and bias labels are context labels, not automated truth scores.

Translations

Non-English posts remain in the original language unless a configured provider returns a translation with provider metadata. The system does not fabricate translated text.
