❗️Iranian strike on Kuwaiti base wounded US soldiers, hit reaper drones

A recent Iranian ballistic missile attack on a military facility in Kuwait resulted in minor injuries to several US personnel and caused significant damage to two MQ-9 Reaper drones, Bloomberg reported, citing sources familiar with the matter.

"Kuwaiti air defenses intercepted the Fateh-110 missile, but falling debris struck the Ali Al-Salem air base," the report said, citing a person with direct knowledge of the attack, who requested anonymity.

The report follows Iran's announcement on Thursday that it had targeted a US military base in response to US violations. Although Tehran did not specify the location of the targeted base, Kuwait condemned an Iranian drone and missile attack on its territory.
