🇮🇱❌🇱🇧🇱🇧 — Kan News has revealed new details about the IDF's operations north of the Litani River and the airborne resupply effort in southern Lebanon during the early stages of the campaign.
While engineering units were constructing bridges and opening routes through dense terrain for military vehicles and fuel convoys, the Israeli Air Force carried out a special parachute supply operation using Lockheed C-130 Hercules aircraft.
The airdrops included food, water, and fuel tanks equipped with pumps that were used to refuel tanks and armored personnel carriers operating in the area.
The operation took place before supply trucks were able to cross the Litani River as fighters from the Givati Brigade advanced north to help secure areas where the 7th Armored Brigade and Golani Brigade were operating to capture the Beaufort Castle ridge.
