Euphrates flooding affects 2,400 families in Syria’s Deir Ezzor, minister says
Flooding linked to rising water levels in the Euphrates River has affected about 2,400 families in Deir Ezzor province, Syria's Emergency and Disaster Management Minister Raed al-Saleh said on Friday, adding that water levels have since returned to normal and no new flooding has been reported.
