A new UN report documented dozens of cases of torture, rape, and sexual violence against Palestinian detainees in Israeli custody.
The report identified victims from the Gaza Strip and the occupied West Bank, including men, women, and children, and detailed testimonies of rape, forced nudity, sexual abuse, and other forms of mistreatment in detention facilities and during interrogations.
UN Secretary-General António Guterres called on Israel to immediately end all acts of sexual violence and take steps to prevent further abuse.
