🇴🇲📞🇮🇷- Earlier today the Omani Foreign Ministry released a statement regarding Omani Foreign Minister Badr bin Hamad Al Busaidi's call with Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi: His Excellency Sayyid Badr bin Hamad Al Busaidi, Minister of Foreign Affairs, received a phone call this evening from His Excellency Dr. Seyed Abbas Araghchi, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

During the call, the two sides reviewed the latest regional developments and exchanged views on the efforts being made to support sustainable and just political solutions that contribute to enhancing security and stability in the region. They also reaffirmed their commitment to ensuring freedom of maritime navigation and its security through the Strait of Hormuz in accordance with their sovereign responsibilities over their territorial waters, in conformity with international law, and preserving the interests of all regional and international parties.
