🇷🇺❌🇦🇲🐟 Armenia must suspend veterinary certification of live fish and fish products intended for export to Russia from all Armenian companies, except for two that have passed inspection. This was announced by the Rosselkhoznadzor.

The Russian service's inspectors conducted an inspection of fish processing enterprises in Armenia from May 21 to 27, 2026, and also visited farms for the keeping and breeding of trout. Half of the enterprises refused to be inspected, and overall the results of the inspection were unsatisfactory, noted in the Rosselkhoznadzor.

"The fish products of the two approved factories will be imported to Russia subject to laboratory monitoring of safety indicators," added the department.
