Our relations with Russia are in a transformation phase — and I consider that transformation positive.
Our relations with Russia are open and sincere. We have kept no dark corners in that relationship.
We will continue working in the Eurasian Economic Union until the moment when a choice between the EU and the EAEU becomes unavoidable.
That decision must naturally be made by the people of Armenia in a referendum.
