Trusted source told Al-Mayadeen that confrontations with the occupation forces remain ongoing up to this hour in Yohmor al-Shaqif, Zawtar al-Sharqiya, Debbin, and the vicinity of Al-Ghandouriyah. The sources stated that this entire region is currently considered an active theater of operations, where the Israeli enemy has continued since yesterday to launch dozens of raids and concentrate heavy artillery shelling. Because the enemy was unable to make a direct advance inside these villages, Al-Mayadeen's sources reported that it resorted to taking advantage of the land's geography and terrain to attempt a flanking maneuver; last night, under cover of violent bombardment, the occupation forces bypassed Yohmor al-Shaqif from the southeastern side to reach the vicinity of the castle.

Nevertheless, the sources emphasized that Resistance fire continues to prevent the enemy army from advancing or establishing stability inside the villages, repeatedly forcing it to retreat back to their outskirts. The sources further noted that while the enemy is still trying to advance in this zone, which sits between 3 and 5 km away from the border, its arrival at the Litani River has completely failed to prevent the targeting of Israeli settlements.
