Al Mayadeen’s correspondent, citing an official Lebanese source, reported that the military negotiating delegation at the Pentagon did not secure its demand for an official ceasefire.

The source added that the military delegation maintained its demand for a ceasefire despite repeated Israeli rejection.

It also stated that the Israeli delegation refused to withdraw from occupied Lebanese territory and insisted on the “dismantling of H3zb0//ah".
