Iranian Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf wrote in a post on X that Tehran obtains concessions not through negotiations, but through missiles, adding, “In negotiations, we merely make them understand that.”
He added that Iran has no trust in guarantees or words, stressing that only actions matter and that no step will be taken before the other side acts first.
Ghalibaf said that the winner of any agreement is the one who is better prepared for war the day after it is signed.
