The Spokesperson for the Iranian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Esmail Baghaei, strongly condemned the brutal attacks by the Zionist regime against various areas in the "south, east, and the Southern Suburb region in the Lebanese capital, which have resulted in the martyrdom and injury of a large number of Lebanese people, the displacement of hundreds of thousands, and the destruction of infrastructure and residential homes."

Baghaei stated that the US administration is considered an "accomplice and partner in all the crimes of the Zionist regime in Lebanon, occupied Palestine, and the entire region."

Pointing to the killing of more than 300 journalists by the Zionist regime in Palestine and Lebanon over the past three years, he underscored the international community's responsibility to hold the occupying criminals accountable and punish them for committing heinous international crimes.

Baghaei offered his condolences to Lebanese journalists, particularly Al-Alam TV, for the martyrdom of their former journalist Hossam Zeidan in "Israel's" strike on Saida yesterday.
